Scan-On-Demand provides an excellent solution for those who want immediate, access to their records but don't want to convert everything to a digital format. It's perfect for businesses with offices in multiple locations that need access to the same information.

The cost is based on how much is kept in our secure storage and how often a scan is requested. It's a significant savings over a 100% digital solution and usually not that much more than paper storage (depending on how often scans are requested).

The Process

When a request is made for information, the file is pulled from our storage facility, the contents are scanned, and the file is returned to its designated location. The image of the file can then be accessed via a secure web connection or emailed to the designated authorized end-user. The turnaround time is usually less than 24 hours.

Once it's scanned, it's always available!
